Jessie Nilo is the founder and main instructor of GodLovesArt.com. Jessie founded an arts ministry at her church in Boise, Idaho in 2004 which she directed for 16 years. She loves to help people shape spiritual and creative connection to God and each other. Jessie says you can boil down art ministry to \"two or three people at a fireplace, talking about art and Jesus.\" She teaches the value of starting small and listening to God's direction, and has equipped hundreds of art ministers with the practical tools they need to succeed in art ministry. Jessie contributed to The Creative Church Handbook by J. Scott McElroy which released on IVP (InterVarsity Press, 2015). One of her passions is painting live on stage at contemporary performances with world-renowned musicians. Jessie delights in creating as an act of worship to the Lord, both inside and outside of churches.
